Studies on Synthesis and Heat Resistant Character of cBN Crystals with Different Colors

摘要: 本文分别以金属镁粉、氮化镁以及镁粉与氮化镁粉的混合物为触媒,以六角氮化硼粉(96%~98%含量)为原料,在高温高压下合成了颜色较纯正的黑色、橘黄色及白色立方氮化硼晶体。对上述三种不同颜色的立方氮化硼晶体进行了TG-DTA分析及高温氧化实验,并讨论了立方氮化硼晶体的耐热机制。Abstract: In this paper, three types of cBN crystals with different colors were obtained under high pressure and high temperature using hBN as starting material and Mg, Mg3N2 and Mg-Mg3N2 popwders as catalysts respectively. We analysed the properties of the cBN crystals with different colors by TG-DTA and high temperature oxidization experiments, and discussed the mechanism of heat resistant character.
