钝感高能炸药JB-9014做功能力的实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Capacity for Work of Insensitive High Explosive

  • 摘要: 采用狭缝扫描和激光干涉联合测试的改进标准圆筒试验技术,对比研究了JB-9014(钝感高能炸药)和JOB-9003(高能炸药)两种炸药的做功能力,获得了相同膨胀时间和相同径向位移条件下的比动能。研究结果表明:JB-9014炸药的做功能力明显低于JOB-9003炸药,膨胀速度相对稳定后,相同膨胀时间条件下JB-9014炸药的做功能力基本相当于JOB-9003炸药的68.56%,相同径向位移条件下JB-9014炸药的做功能力基本相当于JOB-9003炸药的69.39%;而且,随着时间的发展或径向位移的增加,两种炸药的做功能力之比有逐渐增大的趋势,与JB-9014炸药的化学反应区较宽且CJ面后仍有可观放能的性质相吻合。
