摘要: 水能生锈,也能除锈。以200~250 MPa的超高压纯水射流进行了除锈自动作业和防止返锈的一系列试验研究。阐述了高压水射流除锈这一成套设备创新技术,并对射流形成、流场模型和作业效率给出了各自阶段性的数理方程。试验证明:本课题参数优化,满足了实际作业的需要。Abstract: Rusting with water, but removing with water too. Ultra-high pressure waterjet with pressure 200~250 MPa has been used to remove rust automatically and to prevent from re-rusted in a series of testing research. This paper describes the creation of a new assemblied ultra-high pressure waterjet rust removal set-up and its working principle in every step, including jet formation, flow-yard model and working efficiency.
