  • 摘要: 因子试验研究结果表明,显著影响超高压杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌效果的外界因子是温度、压力和保压时间。在此基础上,采用响应曲面法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)建立了超高压杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的二次多项数学模型,验证了模型的有效性,并探讨了上述3个因子的交互作用及其最佳水平范围,优化出杀灭6个数量级金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538的外界条件为:温度34.35 ℃,压力329.84 MPa,时间15.53 min。
