摘要: 采用金刚石压砧高压装置(DAC),对具有CuO链结构的Ca2CuO3的多晶粉末样品进行了高压同步辐射能散X射线衍射实验。实验结果表明,在0~34 GPa压力范围内,Ca2CuO3晶体没有发生结构相变,用Birch-Murnaghan状态方程拟合,得到在压力导数B0=4时,零压体弹模量B0=165.41.8 GPa。Abstract: In situ high-pressure energy dispersive X-ray diffraction measurements on polycrystalline powder Ca2CuO3 with Cu-O chain structure have been performed by using diamond anvil cell (DAC) instrument with synchrotron radiation. The results showed that the structure of Ca2CuO3 is stable under pressure up to 34 GPa. According to Birch-Murnaghan state equation, assuming B0=4, we got bulk modulus B0=165.41.8 GPa.
