  • 摘要: 高温高压下合成出了新块材超导体Pr1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-(0.4x0.6),高压合成使Ca在Pr-123相中的溶解度有很大提高,从而有效地补偿了Pr对CuO2面空穴的填充而使样品超导。
