摘要: 在研究Ni70Mn25Co5-C体系中,金刚石结晶形太与温度压力关系的基础上,实验探索了控制温度压力准静态变化过程中,六八面体晶核逐渐外延生长,最终生长成为质量较好、晶种法完整的立方体金刚石的方法和规律。本工作对采用晶种法生长热沉用优质大单晶在控制晶形方面有一定的理论意义和实践指导作用。

Abstract: Based upon the pre-study of relation between morphology and temperature in Ni70Mn25Co5-carbon system, synthesizing methods and growing rules of diamond have been studied experimentally by controlling the change of pressure and temperature in quasi-static way, in order that the regarded seeds of spontaneous crystals would grow epitaxially into perfect cubic morphology. The work is useful both theoretically and practically for the synthesizing of large form diamond crystals as heat-sink material by the reconstitution method.-
