摘要: 在1 573~1 663 K之间再结晶石墨抑制金刚石成核的压力范围大约为0.4 GPa。抑制成核的压力与再结晶石墨形成的时间有关。样品的X光衍射结果还表明,随着抑制成核的压力升高,再结晶石墨的d002减小。Abstract: In the temperature range between 1 573 to 1 663 K, the pressure inhibiting the nucleation of diamond of recrystallized graphite is about 0.4 GPa. This pressure is related to the formation time of the recrystallized graphite. X-ray diffraction analyses indicate that the d002 of recrystallized graphite decreases with the increase of the inhibition of nucleation.
