The Effects of the Type and Amount of the Grain Boundary Phase in s-Type Polycrystalline Diamond on Its Physical Properties

摘要: 烧结型多晶金刚石可分为有或无添加剂两种,本文只讨论前一种,研究烧结型PCD晶界中的物相和数量对相对耐磨性、强度和热稳定性的影响。试验发现,在晶界中形成的中间过渡物相的数量与相对耐磨性有关,而中间过渡物相的类型与热稳定性有关。Abstract: There are mainly two types of sintered typed polycrystalline diamond with or without additives. This article concerns only the first type on and deals with the effect of the type and amount of the grain boundary phases on the relative wear resistance, strength and thermostability. We found both the amount of intermediate transiting phases formed in grain boundary phases and the thermostability are dependent upon the types of the grain boundary phases.
