Monte-Carlo Investigation of Interaction of Relativistic Electron-Beam with Solid and Calculation of Its Mechanical Effects

摘要: 文中叙述并计算了电子在合金及复合材料中的输运行为。研究了散射的角分布及能量损耗率,计算了次级电子效应,得到了电子能耗的空间分布。利用材料的热力学特性,获得了固体中压力时空变化的分布。Abstract: The transport behaviour of electrons in alloy and composite materials is described and calculated in this paper. Investigations on the distribution of scattering angle and the energy loss are made. The calculation for the effects of the knock-on electrons and the spatial distribution of the electron energy dissipation are also presented. And finally the space-time distributions of pressure in solids are obtained from the thermodynamics properties of materials.
