Experimental Study on the Influences of Defects on Expanding Fracture of a Metal Cylinder

  • 摘要: 采用高速分幅摄影技术,通过对比实验,获得了清晰的无缺陷和预制缺陷金属圆管膨胀断裂的演化图像。实验结果表明,缺陷大大加速了圆管的断裂过程;有缺陷圆管的产物开始泄漏的时间比无缺陷圆管提前5.5 s,采用应力/应变集中法很好地解释了这种现象。另外,针对预制缺陷圆管膨胀断裂时出现的裂块较小而数量较多、无缺陷圆管膨胀断裂时裂块相对较大而数量较少的现象,采用Mott波理论进行了合理的解释。
