四层剪切运动间隔靶板对射流干扰的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation on Shaped Charge Jet Being Disturbed by Shearing Movement of Four-Layer Spaced Plates

  • 摘要: 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序,对金属射流侵彻4层剪切运动等厚间隔靶板的过程进行了数值模拟研究。从射流破裂形态、能量损失幅值、后效靶板上的穿深形貌等3个角度,分析了运动靶板对射流的干扰特性,得到了靶板的运动速度、射流入射角度对4层剪切运动间隔靶板对射流破甲性能的影响规律。结果表明,在靶板运动速度从零提高至300 m/s的过程中,靶板对射流的干扰能力逐步提高,但运动靶板速度在从零提高到100 m/s时,对射流的干扰程度变化较快,速度再提高时,干扰程度变化较缓。运动靶板对射流的干扰能力随着射流入射角度的增大而呈递增趋势。
