The Effect of Water on the Synthesis of Cubic Boron Nitride Crystal in the System of Mg-hBN

  • 摘要: 研究了4.5~5.5 GPa、1 400~1 800 ℃ 条件下,两种形态水自由水与束缚水对在Mg-hBN体系中合成cBN晶体的影响。结果表明:水的形态与添加水的量对合成cBN晶体的颜色、成核率及生长条件有重要影响。自由水可抑制cBN晶体的成核数量,而束缚水可以改变cBN晶体的颜色并降低合成温度。
