Effect of Face Sheet Thickness on Dynamic Response of Aluminum Foam Sandwich Panels under Blast Loading

摘要: 应用LS-DYNA3D有限元软件,对泡沫铝夹芯板在爆炸载荷作用下的动力响应进行了数值分析。通过面板厚度及芯层厚度的不同组合,分析了夹芯板在爆炸载荷作用下的变形模式及能量吸收规律。考虑了芯层压缩量、后面板挠度以及芯层和后面板能量的吸收情况。模拟结果对结构的抗爆能力工程设计具有一定的参考价值。Abstract: Dynamic response of aluminum foam sandwich panel under blast loading was simulated by LS-DYNA3D. Influence of core and face sheets thicknesses of aluminum foam sandwich panels on the deformation and energy absorption was investigated. The core layer compression, the center deflection of the back panel, the energy absorption of core layer and the back panel were obtained. The simulated results can be used to optimize the design of sandwich panels in engineering application.
