Experimental Technique of Two-Stage Electric Gun

  • 摘要: 利用常规电炮发射金属飞片的实验技术,将10 mm0.5 mm、10 mm0.3 mm铝飞片分别发射到300、500 m/s的速度且具有较好的平面度,有效拓展了电炮在相对较低的飞片发射速度和较低应变率下的加载能力(飞片速度约100 m/s、应变率小于106 s-1),使之可以在更宽的应变率和加载压力下使用。利用二级电炮技术,对Zr51Ti5Ni10Cu25Al9块体非晶合金进行了平面撞击实验,获得了较好的结果,该工作对电炮加载技术的推广应用有着重要的作用。
