Several Internal Heating Modes and Temperature Measurement in Bridgman Anvil

  • 摘要: 设计了4种Bridgman压砧内加热方式,尝试了钽和石墨作为加热材料,采用双热电偶测温,分别测量了不同加热方式的样品中部和上部温度与输入电压的关系,并粗略地讨论了样品的温度梯度。在0.1 GPa压力下,样品温度达到1 300 ℃以上。另外,在5.0 GPa高压下、1 000 ℃范围内测量了样品温度随输入电压变化的曲线。
