Study on Microstructures and Damage Evolution of a Substitute of Polymer Bonded Explosive

摘要: 利用扫描电子显微镜及加载系统,观察测定了一种代号为D-90033的高分子炸药替代品的微观结构及压缩性能。电镜下观察到该材料的两种主要组分,一种呈粒状结构,另一种是片层结构。同时还观察到在单向压缩荷载作用下该材料的主要损伤与破坏机制是沿两相边界产生并扩展的纵向裂纹。Abstract: A substitute of polymer bonded explosive called D-90033 was studied by using a SEM equipped with a loading system. Results indicate that the substitute is composed of two main phases, one is of grain structure, and the other lamellar structure. Under uniaxial compression, the damage and failure is caused and principally controlled by the longitudinal crack initiation and propagation along the boundary of two phases.
