Transport Properties of Electrons in Metallic Glasses Fe100-xBx under Hydrostatic Pressure

摘要: 在0~1.2 GPa压强范围内、54~300 K温区,研究了金属玻璃Fe100-xBx(x=16、18、20和22)的电阻-温度特性,对所获得的实验数据进行了方程拟合,并对所拟合的方程用推广的Ziman理论进行了讨论。Abstract: The temperature dependece of electric resistance in metallic glasses Fe100-xBx (16x22) under pressure of 0~1.2 GPa and temperature of 54~300 K was measured. The experimental data are fitted and discussed with the generalized Ziman theory herein.
